2. What data we collect and why

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your name, email address, company name and anything you write in your message. We use this only to answer you and, if you are interested, to prepare an offer for BIEKeeper. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your question, or the steps you ask us to take before a contract.

When you visit this website

Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. These logs are used only to keep the website secure and working. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a safe website.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

3. Cookies

This website uses only functional cookies that are needed for the site to work, for example to remember your light or dark display setting. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Data in BIEKeeper

When we host BIEKeeper for a client, we process the data in it only on behalf of that client and only to provide the service. The client remains responsible for that data, and our agreements on data protection are part of the contract. More on our Security & data page.

5. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us run our business, such as Hostinger, which hosts this website and our email, and Microsoft Azure, which hosts BIEKeeper in the European region our client chooses. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your messages as long as needed to help you. If you become a client, we keep contract and invoice data as long as Belgian law requires. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive your data in a usable format. Send your request to info@andriessolutions.com and we will answer within one month.

8. Changes

We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
